Here's how to use an interdental brush in 3 simple steps:
STEP 1
Choose the right size of interdental pick based on the space between your teeth. Hold it gently between your thumb and index finger.
STEP 2
Gently insert the stick between the teeth at a slight angle, avoiding forcing or injuring the gum. Slide it up to the contact point between the teeth.
STEP 3
Make a horizontal back-and-forth motion to clean between the teeth. Repeat 2-3 times for each space, rinsing the sticks if needed
